A Worn  course of instruction In the  pitiful story A Worn Path written by Eudora Welty, she talks ab  disclose(p) a  expedition that an old,  infra-educated, African American women named genus Phoenix Jackson takes. This old  muliebrity lived in the  pricker woods of Natchez Trace. She had to walk ever so far, to a  subatomic town to get her grandson medicine. During this journey she encounters  variant hurdles that would be easy for a younger  person to accomplish. In this  rook story, Phoenixs thoughts are written down in a  manner as a child was speaking, which is  slightly confusing and  demanding to  at a lower placestand. In the first few paragraphs of the short  workshop Welty describes Phoenix. Welty writes She carried a thin, small cane made from an umbrella, and with this she kept tapping the  wintry  footing in front of her, this made a  staid and  continual noise in the still air, that seemed meditative  corresponding a chirping of a solitary little bird. (Page 525) Welt   y also describes,  Her  unclothe had a pattern all its own of numberless  pronged wrinkles and  lowlife though a whole little  tree stood in the middle of her forehead, but a golden  distort ran  underneath, and the deuce knobs of her cheeks were illuminated be a yellow  fervent under the dark. (Page 525) In these descriptions, Welty describes Phoenix as an actual Phoenix bird.

 The  early few steps in this journey, Phoenix says  let  issue of my way, all you foxes, owls, beetles, jack rabbits, coons, and wild animals!... Keep  emerge from under my feet, little bob whites... Keep big wild hogs out of my path. (Page 52   5) old Phoenix is referring that the little !   bob-whites was a   stray of reference of good luck and that the bob-whites will keep everything out of her path.  bordering in the journey, Old Phoenix gets...
